Kaidra was phenomenal is helping me to secure a good vehicle when another location had not opened in another city. She was professional, and said she would call back as soon as a car was returning and hold it for me, which she did. Also, Blake made sure the vehicle was clean, and was professional to making sure that all the details were in place. Thank you both!

Showed up today to collect an SUV needed to take my son to college. We had booked it two weeks ago, only to arrive and find the facility closed. Was suppose to open at 9am and we were there at 9:30am. Other customers were waiting as well. Called Hertz to complain and they had no advice. Sorry…not sorry. Canceled our rental and went to Enterprise. So save yourself time and energy and go to Enterprise instead.
