Hertz Car Rental - Brunswick Jetport

This location is NOT a true Hertz rental office. 1-800 Hertz can NOT help you if you have an emergency situation. Only the Brunswick location can help you and they are NOT helpful and they are NOT a true Hertz rental office. I had to fly home from Jacksonville, Florida airport because they had more flight opportunities than the Brunswick airport due to a dying relative. I needed to return the car at Jacksonville airport Hertz location instead of Brunswick airport Hertz. Brunswick would not allow it. 1-800 Hertz could not help me because the Brunswick Hertz is a franchise and NOT a company Hertz store. I could only return the car to the Brunswick location. I'm sorry but my dying relative is more important. Hertz Brunswick charged me $250 for not returning the car to Brunswic

There were times I was almost late or had the wrong card on file, and without fail, I’d get a helpful call or email from her or her team. I'm currently renting a full size car for 2 weeks - price was much higher than I hoped but... It is what it is. Employees, however were all friendly and helpful through the minor issues we faced. Process was pleasant and quick. The car was noted as zero damage, so i made sure to video the scrapes on the left side, luggage drag marks on the rear bumper, and curbed rims on 2 wheels. The cleaning job was not impressive. Wipe down and vacuum and window clean was subpar at best. There was tobacco crumbs, food crumbs, black stains on the seats, and all the windows had swipe marks on them from an attempted clean. Then after I start the car for the first time, I get an alert on the dash that the car is overdue for an oil change. Great. Could be bone dry, could be jet black oil, probably losing eff

I rented a car there 2 weeks ago. I returned it with a full tank of gas. I got an email receipt and everything looked good. A few days later I see an additional charge for $17 dollars. I called Hertz and they said you will have to dispute that with the specific location at the airport because they handle their own billing. I called the location and found out that the charges were for gas, but I was never notified that I was being charged extra for gas. I said that I have a photo to prove that I returned a full tank, but they refused to take it and said we have proof that you signed a contract that allows us to bill you for gas.

When you are greeted with a smile that always is a great start to your day. When that smile is genuine that’s even better and I am thankful for that. Great staff always working to make it better.
