Hertz Car Rental - Charlottesville - Charlottesville-ablemarle Airport (CHO)

No car available at designated pick up time. I was NOT able to change the return location (at any price). A change clearly labeled as no charge resulted in an extra day charge which took 39 minutes on a call to resolve. On site against were not able to resolve any of these issues which required calling customer service and waiting long calls to resolve. Horrible experience overall!

Rented a vehicle from here for a one-way trip. The staff were helpful and friendly. The process was smooth and the return was incredibly easy. I would definitely recommend!

Hands down the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t know it was possible to be this happy with a rental car. Big snowstorm had hit Charlottesville and they delivered car directly to baggage claim exit.

It's been awesome working with Tyrik many times over the past couple of years, he always takes fantastic care of his customers setting them up with what they need, and I learned he just moved from the Charlottesville in-town location to the airport.
