I had a great experience at Hertz in Everett. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The pickup was smooth, the vehicle was clean and in excellent condition, and the return process was quick and easy. Everything was clearly explained, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend it!

We found the employees at this Hertz office were very friendly and the rental experience was relaxed. They were easy to contact by phone and get the rental extended at the best AAA rate. The driver who drove us back to the deal was a great guy too. I am happy to give them all a high recommendation.

Complete Disaster at Hertz Everett This was, hands down, the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. My reservation was for 9:30 AM. I showed up on time — only to be told they didn’t have the car I reserved. Instead, they offered me a TINY compact car that wouldn’t fit what I needed it for. Here’s where it gets truly ridiculous: they had two bigger cars on the lot but told me I’d have to pay a premium if I wanted one of those — even though the screw-up was entirely on their end. By 10:15 AM, they still hadn’t figured anything out. I had a meeting to get to and I just needed a car. Any car.
