Hertz Car Rental - Gaylord Pacific Resort

Returned a car at this location. Very difficult to locate. Parking spots are located at the top level (9th floor?) of the parking garage. There is limited signage aside from the parking spots. The office is inside the convention building across from the La Perla Ballrooms. Limited hours so do research before renting/returning here. At the end I was happy with my return. Hopefully this location improves.

First, I reserved a sedan because we would be carrying luggage with us on our final day and didn't want it to be visible in the trunk. There was no sedan available at pick up. Second, the pick-up process took over 30 min (not enough employees) and even once we finished paperwork and walked all the way to the pick-up area, I still had to wait for the car to be vacuumed, so I was late to an event. Third, I was given an electric vehicle without being asked or even advised that this would be the case. In fact, the employee who helped me said the tank was only half full (since when do rentals come only half full?!) and asked if I wanted to prepay for FUEL! Not only was it electric, it was low on charge so I was immediately at risk of getting stranded. I've never owned or driven an EV so I did

No where to be found , hotel lobby kept telling me to go to parking structure and nothing!!!!! waste of my Time!!!!!
