Hertz Car Rental - Hertz Apple Collisio HLE

This location is absolutely terrible. I made a reservation online for pickup here, but when I arrived, the counter staff told me their system was down and that I should come back the next morning, since they close at 4 instead of 5. The next day, I called before heading over, but the woman who answered said it was a wrong number. I had no choice but to go in person again, only to be told at the counter that no cars would be available until after noon. At this point, I honestly feel like they just didn’t want to rent to me because I booked a drop-off at a different location. Instead of being upfront, they chose to give me excuse after excuse. Their repeated dishonesty completely ruined my plans.

I had the absolute worst experience here, booked my car on a monday morning for friday, Halloween night at 430, I show up at 410 to a note stating they are closed, with a number saying to call it. I did, and let me tell you, I wish I hadnt. I was told that their vehicles weren't being returned today so they didn't have a car for me, they never even tried calling me. Now I know why their ratings are so crappy. We were renting it for the weekend for family plans out of state but they put us 5 hours behind schedule. We had to wait until our trusty Hertz in bowling green opened at 9 a.m today......we were supposed to leave at 5 a.m. We told BG hertz to have THEIR manager go handle Gallatin or shut it down, id go enterprise in gallatin. Their was no parking and its a crappy location as well. I

Called about reservation 6 hours before. Guy advised needed to be there before 4. I advised I get off work at 3 and would come straight there. Get to location nobody on site and said he wouldn't be back for 45 mins. Avoid this location at all costs as I am an Insurance agent and have heard nightmares

Hertz has THEE worst customer service!!!! I booked a car with them to travel in for my grandmother's funeral, and day of they called me and said that they did not have a car and that I had to book somewhere else and the price was gonna go up. They had no concern for my travel arrangements and that the mistake was not on me, but are willing to let me completely eat the cost of their mistake. I am extremely inconvenienced at the worst possible time in my life and they seem to not care at all. I have never experienced this type of Customer Service in my entire life and I want everyone to know.

Got here at 3 pm on a Friday to exchange my rental car (since my first smelled like cigarettes), and it was closed. Posted hours are inaccurate, since they were supposed to be open until 5:30.
