The lady that I dealt with was friendly and informative. I was in the rental 15-20 minutes after arriving (I did book earlier in the Hertz app). They didn't have the car size I booked but did put me in a similarly sized crossover for the same price. The price was $40 cheaper than Enterprise!
Get the insurance they offer i git a deer and didn't have to pay nothing. Girls was really helpful and kind
This wasn't the car I rented. They do have new cars 2024 and 2025
If I could leave less stars I would. Booked a car online and when I arrived at the lot they wanted to charge me 350 extra. The lady “helping” me was very rude.
Very rude and disrespectful staff especially a Mrs jaylenn her behavior made me choose to take my business elsewhere and refuse to ever use hurts again.
