Hertz Car Rental - Highland - Indianapolis Boulevard

I had a great experience renting a vehicle from the Herts in Highland IN the staff was friendly and professional. The picking up and return was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean everything thing i except from a rental car company. Thank you Hurts would definitely recommend anyone in need of a rental car.

I walked in to pick up my rental that i had reserved weeks in advance. Right on the time i requested, took minutes to get in and out on the road. Fast friendly service. All the employees were very nice and taking it back was also a breeze . No issues .

Terrible experience on my return. I rented the car to be in town to be with my mom before she passed away. I was an hour delayed returning the car. I tried to call to report that I would be late and the call was not answered and I couldn't leave a message. I left the car where I was instructed to based on signage. I ended up being charged a FULL EXTRA day PLUS a late fee for my return and additional fees that were not a part of my original rental agreement. Due to the circumstances of my visit and the fact that I had to deal with a parent's death, I was not able to go back into the rental location to deal with my issues before I left town. I also tried to call again twice and the call was never answered.

They are always friendly and goes above and beyond for their costumes. Their vehicles are always fresh and clean. Their prices are very reasonable. If you need to rent a vehicle I strongly suggest hertz.

They deserve no stars! I picked up a vehicle to travel out of town for a wedding and something was dragging the ground called Herrz they knew exactly what the problem was smh! Then get there to return the vehicle and asked to be accommodated because now I missed my event due to them giving a bad rental and Ben says I’m accommodating you we are putting you in another car. We missed the wedding then the next car had worn down brake pads so it was on the rotors completely unsafe!! They put you in terrible cars and Ben was upset because I asked to be accommodated he mocked me as I was talking and as I was doing my walk through with a nice young man Ben walks up on me from behind and is still disgruntled and upset!!
