THIS IS NOT A HERTZ RENTAL OR DROP ZONE THIS IS ALSTOM. ALSTOM HAS A CONTRACT WITH HERTZ FOR ONLY ALSTOM EMPLOYEES NO ONE ELSE. NOT FOR THE PUBLIC NO MATTER WHAT HERTZ OR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY MAY HAVE TOLD YOU. GO TO ROCHESTER.
Have been trying to call all morning. Their phones hang up on you regardless of what menu you are on if you need to speak with someone. If i could i would give them 0/10, When i called the 800 number they gave me the same contact and suggested i press 5, again this resulted in being hung up on.
Not a Hertz car rental.
