So to start out I just want to say that I don’t usually do reviews. It either has to be SUPER bad, or SUPER amazing experience. But the reasoning behind this review is much much more than the latter. The manager of this location legitimately saved our Christmas this year! We were just a stressed out couple who had the worst luck ever when our car decided to start acting up, RIGHT before we were about to leave for our Christmas vacation. 😭 And not only that, but the original rental car place didn’t end up working out, so I was already almost in tears at this point. I only ask off once a year and was so excited to see my family. Be warned that this place is a franchise, so they will most likely not honor anything that you book online. I tried to rent a car there, and the price I reserved online was $238. By the end of the conversation, the new total was over $400 plus a $200 deposit. I had a coupon code that they would not honor. It was a "Family and Friends" coupon code from a friend of mine's work, but they told me that since I wasn't the actual person who worked for the company, they wouldn't honor it. Shannon was amazing helping me in a pinch get set up getting a rental. He made everything easy including when I needed to extend my time. The process was stress free compared to another place I had started with. Thank you so very much!

If I could select ZERO stars I sure would. 12/14/25 rented a car from DFW Airport One-way to Joplin. $500 deposit + $261 rental. Once I returned car with Full tank of fuel $22.17 with Receipt. The company charges me $44 in fuel fee and asked them about my $500 deposit. Told me I had to deal with DFW since they are independent. I contacted the supervisor in Joplin and he was the biggest joke. Not a bit of customer service. I asked for his boss, said the only person there was was the owner in Akansas and he's not going to give me his name. Then hung up on me. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.. BE CAUTIOUS JR is the Owners Name waiting on a return call from him

Just canceled my reservation claim no car was available at all I just think they didnt want to rent a vehicle to hispanic people its all good enterprise took good care of us
