Hertz Car Rental - Kingston - Ulster Avenue

This is my second time renting a car from Hertz in Lake Katrine, and it was excellent (again). The car, Buick Envision, was practically brand new, with only 15,000 miles on it. I rented it for six weeks and drove 1,500 miles without any problems. The team at the rental place was helpful and kind, just like the previous time. The car was quiet, it had excellent visibility, fantastic parking sensors, and the driver's seat was extremely comfortable. I took a road trip all the way to Rhode Island, and the drive was fantastic! I'm recommending Hertz, and hoping to use their service again.

So I went to help a relative pick up a rental after a serious accident and the give us a car that looks on the outside like it had never seen a drop of water in its life and I get it u aren't in the clean car buisness but when the inside is stained all throughout the backseat n chips on the passenger side door it just gives you a bad initial feeling so then I get an attitude about asking to clean it out after mentioning it 3 times. As I stand there for let's say 5 mins im looking infront of the store and well its just as sloppy as the car. And on top of that situation my aunt gets a call at 215 saying that she needs to be there by 4 now when it clearly states you guys are open til 5 and that if shes not there by 4 she will have to wait another day. I'm sorry but I will never go thru her

Hey Guys Ok so if you are looking for a perfect rental car company the look no further. My Aunt and I have been renting here for over a year. Ever sense Brianna stepped in the door she has been amazing. I have also driven different cars and Swapped out only if the vehicle had a recall or I need something different because I want to see what another car drives like. I had a fantastic experience with John Crowfoot at Hertz. Despite a shortage of cars, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He kept me updated and even called me personally as soon as a car became available. Thanks to his effort and professionalism, I was able to get on the road without hassle. Outstanding service! Having recently moved up from the city, I rented a car from Hertz here until I could buy one — which ended up being 2 months. The staff here could not have been more helpful or accommodating, particularly Brianna. All in all, a pretty seamless experience; my biggest quibble is that the Hertz sign is not prominent enough, so look for the Valero gas station right next door instead!
