Hertz Car Rental - Knoxville Tn - North Seven Oaks Drive

This review reflects the horrible service we received from the hertz location south of cookeville with Norman. We have unsuccessfully been trying to get the 445 reimbursement from an insurance company we paid for as we booked on priceline. The phone customer service and repeated denial of submissions for reimbursement plus the hour and hours of dealing with Hertz and the ins company on the phone have prompted me to write this review every single time I pass a Hertz. Hertz has accepted contracts with the ins company, yet when anything happens, as you didnt pay the inflated price for Hertzs inhouse insurance, they do everythjng they can to prolong,put off, decline and ignore service you deserve when attempting reimbursement for psyments made to repsir a chipped window is all. $445. Nothing

AMAZING! My college student had to rent a car for 6 weeks, the team did an amazing job getting him into a safe vehicle and allowing us to extend as needed without returning the card. I would highly recommend.

Couldn’t have been worse. Booked a car rental online - provided the time of 6 pm for pickup (by the company). Arrived at the given time to an attendant who had clocked out for the day and couldn’t have cared less to provide any assistance. With him clocked out, he closed the office while I was present and referred us to call a help line - not giving us the keys we prepaid for because if he were to do so he’d need to clock back in and overtime is discouraged. Didn’t get a car and don’t plan on renting through them again

Brought the car back with gas to the mark I got it I was running late cause I got caught in traffic in ATL but I communicated that and was told no worries it’s fine. When I got my refund for my deposit that was supposed to be 200 dollars it was only 44 and no one can explain why 😕 The guy that helped me told me I didn’t even have to stay for check in that I was good to go everything was fine so how did you get 150+ extra dollars? Mind you the car was not clean when I got it nor did that guy walk me out to check anything! Absolutely the worst experience!!!!

This is one of the worst place to bring your business to. The car given to me was not cleaned, smelled funny and the check engine oil warning was on. Engine oil was at 6%. When I complained they said it is fine I can keep driving. I guess they don't care about maintaining the cars. They asked me to take the car myself to the garage they pointed to and have it changed at the cost of Hertz, When asked for replacement of car they said they only depend on returns and do not have anything in lot. When I asked if they can arrange me one from any other hertz location they asked me reach out to the other location by myself. After following up 2-3 days they stopped picking my call after promising to try and arrange one. I never had issues with any businesses here in Knoxville but this has left a ve
