Hertz Car Rental - Lawrenceville - Brunswick Pike

Worst experience ever at this location. I came in the day before Thanksgiving with a confirmed reservation for a Manager’s Special, I was fine with whatever car they had. The agent (who said that is the branch manager by her name Lucy) told me the only option was a Suburban and I’d have to pay nearly $500 extra for a total of 650$, even though my reservation clearly included compact to large vehicles. I even went back and changed my reservation online to a large vehicle with 3rd row seats, but she still refused unless I paid extra, saying that it was the small suv even though reservation stated LARGE SUV. Idk what category Suburban is, but it wasnt a bigger option of a car that i could chose from.Total greed. Because of her, I had to cancel my trip plans last minute. Be careful booking he

Hands down the worst car rental place ever. Not only did they cancel my reservation when I showed up, but wasted my time trying to upsell me a different car. Additionally, their billing is a total trap. I was told they offer after-hours drop-off, yet if you return the car over the weekend, they will still charge me until Monday morning anyway. These people are scammers. Stay away

The manager at this location is a nightmare, constantly raising her voice and losing her temper. I don’t know if she was dialing my number wrong, but for whatever reason when she couldn’t get through And finally did, she started yelling at me. This location massively overcharged me, Especially considering insurance was supposed to cover it, But they over billed me. They charged me for a much larger car, but good luck getting customer service to do something about it. Stay away from this location and Hertz in general, I usually use Enterprise, first and last time I try Hertz.

Rental agencies are everywhere, but this location ( Hertz Car Rental in Lawrenceville, NJ) stands "Heads and Shoulders" above the rest, and is #1 in my opinion. Simply put from the moment you walk in you the (MIC*) their "Most Important Customer" Ms Lucy Diggs, greets everyone in a Professional manner, even though she is doing business with another MIC*. This has been my experiences at this branch. Everyone is made to feel like a MIC*, (Most Important Customer)* at this location. Where You are not an interruption of their day, but the Reason they are there. Service above all else, professional, friendly and a helpful staff. Recently rented an SUV from this Hertz location and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally with no wait time whatsoever. The branch manager personally assisted me and took the time to explain additional options available, answering all my questions with remarkable patience. What impressed me most was how seamless the entire process was - no hassles, no pressure, just excellent customer service. Even better, she went out of her way to help me save money on my rental, which is rare to find these days. This level of service sets this location apart. I'll definitely be returning here for future rentals and highly recommend this Hertz branch to anyone looking for reliable service and genuine care for their customers. Well done!
