Donnie was incredibly helpful and really took care of me and my car. He answered any questions I had and made sure I was good to go with rentals and everything. car looks great and the service was the best I've had at a repair shop. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used JAM Collision, this time to repair damage to my Mini Cooper after hitting a deer. They are professional, work well with the insurance company and do a beautiful job with the repairs, returning my car in perfect, clean and better condition than when I left it with them. Great shop with good customer service. The front desk staff and mechanic were very patient and answered all my questions. They repaired my car flawlessly, the car looks brand new. The repaint has a lifetime guarantee which I really liked. As a bonus they washed my car and even vacuumed the interiors. Will definitely return in the future if I need car repairs!
