Hertz Car Rental - Layton - North Main Hle

At the beginning, when the girl asked me if I had any reservations and I answered no, she wasn't too kind, but she was efficient. I rented a Kia EV6, the only car available in that moment without reservation, and the experience has been great. The car is great, I like it the process was faster and easier than I thought, and cheaper than I expected. The rent and the insurance were 90$ per 1 day. The only "problem" has been the drop off, due to the fact that today is Pioneer Day and many places (including Hertz) are closed, so I've had to call to Hertz to make sure that I had to drop off the keys in the mailbox 📫 and not more. Overall, I recommend it, I'm going to be back next time I need to rent a car.

I needed a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. I had missed a call from the office, so when I went to pick up a car, it was not available. However, Kristal (from the Roy office) went out of her way to make my rental right. She got me a suitable car from another location that was clean and ready. I appreciate her extra effort.

Rented a Jep from them and they did not clean it before I left. They claimed that the windshield was not cracked before I left but Idid notice a small crack when I went straight to the gas station and washed the bugs off of the windshield. I thought no big deal but the crack grew. LAter on Hertz filed a claim and stated that the windshield cracked while i was driving it. The charge fro replacing a small front windshield was predatory. I challenged it and the FALSIFIED a PDF with images. Please look at the images and notice that the will do nte same with you if you rent frm Hertz. Pay attention to how they inserted post cleaned images on their report. They may have gotten away with this if they did not also include images of the DIRTY jeep before I rented. Do BETTER Hertz!!

Caleb was the most help guy I've had the pleasure to work with in the past little while. I had a huge problem trying to figure out the online system and why it wasn't working on a holiday. He helped me figure out best prices for w different scenarios on a super busy day with a smile on his face. He even gave me his phone number and told me how to book with my insurance discount. Even though my plans fell through and I didnt get to use the service I wanted to leave a review for the A+ service I received.

I am in the military here on drill weekend. Here I am stuck in uniform with no ride outside of Hertz on Saturday because you guys don’t have your hours updated on Google Maps. I booked ahead of time with Expedia. I can’t even call and speak to a damn representative. Now I’m out the money I paid for the rental AND have no car. Thanks.
