I had a great experience with Hertz in Liberal. Lucy was amazing in helping me with everything through delays and cancellations. She was friendly and polite and ensured my trip was taken care of with a good clean car even after hours. Will definitely use again.
I rented a car a few weeks ago and it was another good experience from Liberal Hertz. Lucy was able to quickly and easily get me into a car that I could finish my job with while the bad weather was slowing us down. Lucy was helpful, friendly, and superb at helping me as usual throughout the pick up and drop off
Absolutely a great staff! Very friendly and helpful! Would recommend this Hertz rental agency to anyone in need of a rental!
This agencies staff over charged me by over 1000 dollars, lied about it and then when I returned the car, the manager from corporate Shandy, threatened to have me arrested. Never ever use Hertz. This happened at two separate “privately owned” locations. The staff are not safe to work with. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT INFO!!
Very friendly and helpful agent. Lucy is always very helpful, for someone who is running this location all on her own now she keeps her cars very clean and explains all the information needed in detail before handing over the keys.
