Guys hertz . You have to do better if you want to keep customers coming . 1- the workers inside the both guys are not professional at all . 2- how is possible that he knows the car had flat tire and he still gave it to me. 3- they arent helpful at all

Absolutely Disappointed with the management and the customer service from Hertz-Malden. I wanted a convinent vehicle for the weekend and was in a strict time constraints, however due to the management negligence, i end up loosing my time just to fix and exchange my newly rented vehicle. Never renting out at this Hertz location for sure. The issue was low tire pressure which i had to request them to fix, when clearly was flashing in the screen and supposedly nobody bothered to take care of it until i brought up. They did a quick fill up, which lost all its air in about 15 min from leaving the lot. I have rented from this location a few times in the past, but it has become unusable now that it is also shared as an Uber office. For a simple pickup, it took over an hour waiting behind Uber drivers, and I got the worst car I have ever rented from Hertz with almost everything broken and scratched. In addition, they close early, and don't pick up their phone. Stay away

Tuesday at 12:30pm it will take you over an hour for personal pick up of a reserved rental. Understaffed establishment, so either go when no one is here, or choose elsewhere. UPDATE: Worked with the reps and they ended up being very accommodating.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced. What I encountered was not only disappointing but also among the worst service interactions I have ever had. My issue was not handled with professionalism or respect,the representatives I spoke with showed a lack of courtesy and urgency Instead of resolving my concern, the process left me more frustrated and inconvenienced. Customer service should reflect the values and standards of a company, but in this case, it was the complete opposite. As a customer, I expected assistance, understanding, and a solution—not neglect and poor treatment.
