Hertz Car Rental - Mcallen - N 23rd Street

I have had such a crazy time with my insurance and others that I had to go back and forth multiple times. This is happening during the holidays-so not anything anyone wants to experience. BUT each time I came to Hertz I was handled by a Mr. Tarbutton who handled me every time. When i tell you Brian went out of his way to make things simpler and smooth. It felt like he was a Godsend. I travel ALOT and I can say this was my best interaction with ANY rental company. I’d promote and give him a raise. It’s rare to compliment this easily. Thank you Brian for on your outstanding customer service! Perfect employee representation of what Hertz claims to be about!

Second time that I rent a car there and I am always happy with the SUV, I had a Nissan Murano Midnight Edition 2023 and a Mazda CX-5 2023. The staff is cordial, check in and check out take around 5 mn. Never had a line to do. In addition, the place is very elegant!

I want to Thank Joe from Hertz, for going out of his way for my Last minute reservation. He didn't have a vehicle to accommodate my needs, but he sent his Driver ,Sonny all the way to Brownsville to pick up vehicle and bring it to this location, Not only did Sonny Pick it up, but also Detail washed and vacuumed the vehicle. Joe called me to let me know vehicle had arrived in which I Proceeded with rental and it was smooth sailing from there. Very Professional and courteous. Lobby was nice and clean and was even offered a Gatorade while I waited. Will Recommend 100%

This location has way too many billing issues and never returns calls. Luckily, Hertz Customer Relations fixed the problem.

Friendly fast customer service no issues with my vehicle. Would definitely rent from them again
