Hertz Car Rental - Orange Park - 664 Blanding Blvd HLE UBER Location

The branch manager at this location is absolutely terrible. He has a no, can’t do, won’t help, customer is always wrong, I’m going to use my authority to do no good, I’m better than you attitude . I know the Uber family in Jax have no other options, but if you have the ability to use another location like out of Orlando or a different rental company I’d highly recommend it!

If you dont like your job and want to treat people like they are not valuable customers you should just get a different job that doesnt involve customers. The black dude acts like he's pissed about you even showing up, reservations mean nothing here, stale attitude, never have cars and the cars they do give you sometimes have 100k miles 🤣 a complete joke of an operation. The guy that wakes the cars was cool though.

1st day of rental had to stop and buy windshield cleaner because it was empty. 2nd day notice the car gwas infested with roaches, had to bomb it and continue spraying interior for a few night and add trap around the car. 2nd week started having tired and steering balance problem, was send to a Pep Boys. 2 tired was in dangerous condition, ready to pop. The tear and wear was so bad that they don't think I could have done those tear in less then my rental time/mile use. So the car was handle over in bad condition and now I wasted 1+ day on a shop fixing it. So to people picking up tesla car make sure to bring a penny and inspect your tired before taking it.

Yes the registration on the car was not updated and Uber took me off just before Florida Georgia weekend. Which caused me a loss of both income and fear because I thought the registration was expired. And this location was not open during the weekend to get this sorted out fast, so I had to wait till Monday So Monday comes I thought I could get a discount for the days loss I couldnt use the vehicle Friday, Saturday n Sunday into Monday. They still charged me , no refund/no discount for the three days until AFTER the contract end. Now I'm behind on bills trying to play catch up. That's not right, I'm bout to end the contract and start over with the money they refund me w/o road side or extra coverage.
