Hertz Car Rental - Plymouth - Best Chrysler/dodge Hle

The car was totally trashed including coffee on the seat and every panel was dented. The dash was cracked. The woman was rude and uncaring.

I made a reservation on their website at 1:50 pm for a rental to be picked up before 5 pm. When I got there at 4:50, I was told they didn't have any cars available since I booked this last minute. When I was trying to make the reservation at another location earlier in the day, a message appeared that there wasn't anything available. Why wouldn't the same message be given at this location. Instead, I got a ride from a half hour away only to get there and be told that. At least when I tried to book with Enterprise I received a call saying they had no more cars. I would never use Hertz again for anything in the future.

There is no Hertz employee staffed at this location. Do not rent from Hertz or agree to drop off a Hertz vehicle here. The Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership that this "Hertz location" is actually located at was extremely unprofessional in receiving the rental car drop off (examples include: consistently rude / impolite approach, employee did not want to give me any receipt of any kind showing a record of me dropping off the car...who drops a rental car off somewhere with no record of doing so?). Rental car was returned full, clean, and without issue. We did nothing to deserve this approach or attitude, and certainly expect basic service like a record of a transaction.
