Why haven’t you booked your car with these guys yet? They're amazing. They bent over backwards to ensure another happy customer left the store, and most importantly, that customer will be back the next time he’s in town. Great job guys, you make Hertz look good!

The good - pickup and return was easy and quick. Car was well maintained and didn't give us any trouble. Marques kindly gave me a ride back to my bnb after dropping the car! The bad - We reserved our pick up for a Friday but after reaching the location they said they didn't have any available. Returned on Saturday and we were able to pick up a car. Just a minor inconvenience and probably more to do with the website and inventory management.

Great experience at Hertz Redwood City. It started with amazing service from customer agent, Marquis. He kindly greeted me as I walked in, and diligently worked to process my rental. He didn’t have me stand there in silence, but held a genuine conversation with me and smiled the entire time! The vehicle I received was the exact size I rented and was clean and new. Huge thank you to Marquis and the Hertz team.

“Read this before making a reservation” Worst Hertz experience ever. This has happened to me three separate times at this location, and because of that, I’m officially done with Hertz for life. The manager here constantly tries to upsell customers. For example, if you book a mid-size SUV, they’ll push you into a full-size SUV or even a Suburban and then charge you extra—despite having mid-size SUVs available. They’ll give you lame excuses like “that car is already booked” or “this car was sold,” which makes no sense because this happend 3 times and they have inventory but dont give out cheap cars. The manager is trying to get a raise maybe “Showing hertz that see ! I am upselling car rentals” It’s very deliberate. The manager comes off as chill and friendly, but don’t be fooled. He talk

This place is nice but Rusty (the Rep who helped me) was literally the best ever and I rent with hertz a lot! He was welcoming, helpful and super informative. Normally I am not treated well in these independent Hertz locations and I normally don’t do google Reviews but this man made it a whole different experience for me so he deserves it more than anyone! Thanks and hope to find more people like you in my future rental experiences!
