Hertz Car Rental - Salisbury - North Salisbury Boulevard

Fast, friendly, great availability of desired vehicle, and pricing was fair and straight forward. Highly recommend. My ONLY beef, and this is on common business policy not the rental location, is why you can't return a vehicle on the weekend if you needed to (I didn't need to I just think the policy sucks) and only get charged for the specific time you used....the whole increased rates over the weekend thing is dumb. But overall my experience with this Hertz was excellent and I recommend it! 👍🏻

Do not rent from Hertz in this area. Overcharged by more than $90 and was sent on a scavenger hunt through Hertz customer service to recover the refund. Hours and hours wasted. Branch Manager was absolutely no help, and in fact a hindrance to getting this issue resolved. Too bad, Hertz used to be great all around, and now it is a mess with zero accountability.

Maryland just issued me a new license that was a temporary until they mailed the physical card. They would not accept it. Ended up using my wife’s license. Then only would give me an electric car with a dead battery or charge me for an upgrade even though my reservation was for a Manager special compact or larger. Not friendly or helpful in anyway

lied to us and made my family lose money and time driving down four hours only to be told no when they said they would rent to a 20 year old. disgusting excuse for humans.

if you want to be scammed in broad daylight and have no way to get your money back this is the place for you!! i booked and they called me to say they had no cars then charged me a “no show” fee for “holding a car” how are you holding a car you don’t even have?? i’m convinced these people have no actual rentals and make all their money by charging people no show fees. i disputed it with my bank and hertz argued the charge. i have since reported this scam artist of a branch to the better business bureau and hope you all do the same. it’s 2025, do better. *they’ll probably leave some automated response to this review saying they’ll do better but it’s been years and people are still saying they same things
