Hertz Car Rental - Wenatchee - Pangborn Memorial Airport (EAT)

I had an outstanding experience with Hertz thanks to the exceptional service provided by Brad. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Brad made the entire rental process smooth and stress‑free, taking the time to explain everything perfectly. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. He consistently went above and beyond in the process. Because of his excellent service, I will gladly choose Hertz again for future rentals. Highly recommended and much appreciated.

Deceiving online reservation. FWD means front wheel drive. You think youd be getting a deal but u actually had to pay 40$ more per day to upgrade to AWD. Why not post the car as 2WD instead of FWD. These people know this and they still do it. I refused to upgrade and got a little bit of pushing to upgrade. No thanks!! Also got a crossover instead of a midsize suv that i originally reserved. No price change. So if i were you book the cheapest car online and upgarde it in person or if its your lucky day they might only have a better car on the lot than what you reserved. What a scam! The Enterprise rental beaide it seemed to have lots of customers and their checkout was speedier.

Don't bother. Didn't have my rental. Took over 2 hours of bs to even get a car. Shortened my rental, charged me $500 for 1 day. Changed my vehicle because the one I reserved wasn't even there and charged me double for the Jeep they had. I had to fuel and clean the vehicle and get it back by 5pm to avoid being charged for another day. Pointless to have a reservation because you will have to go through an hour long process to even get your car. This is the only time I've rented a car in my life and no way in hell will I ever do it again.

I accidentally reserved a car for the wrong day and called in a panic. Not only did they change the reservation to Sunday (a day they’re not open) they came in on their day off to make sure I was able to get the car I needed on the correct day!
