Hertz Car Rental - Wichita - Wichita Dwight D Eisenhower National Airport (ICT)

Seriously one of the easiest and most pleasant rental car pickups that I've ever done. My flight got in 5 hrs late and they greeted me with a "We've been waiting for you!" And with smiles. It was super quick. I cant give them enough praise!

This is a very good location for Hertz. Most are good, but this one is exceptional. Always good clean modern vehicles that are taken care of. I'm a regular car renter and am happy with the folks here when I come to town. Thanks Hertz at Wichita, Kansas Eisenhower National Airport!

Made my reservation online and paid in full. Had somebody drive me all the way out there (I live an hour away). Hertz employee said he needed a card for a deposit. Gave him my debit card and he said I couldn't use a debit card, only a credit card. I tried to get him my fiancé's credit card because I don't have a credit card, but he then said it had to be in my name. I then asked for a refund and he said he couldn't process it and referred me to the customer service number. Got a hold of some foreign call center and explained the situation. They told me I would get a full refund in 3-8 business days. Odd considering it didn't take Hertz 3-8 business days to take my money for the purchase of this rental. In fact, it was instant. I travel A lot. Have used Hertz for a long time. Today was my worst experience ever. With any rental company. I am a a member and have quite a few points. I am the one that rents cars my wife books flights. Today my wife and kids went to visit KS. I could not go. The flight got in on time at around 11:30. My wife goes to the reservation desk to pick up the car. (Just like she did the last time she went alone) they refused to give her the car said I had to be there. When I try to call everything says they are closed. I try to chat on the app I state that I am 17 hours away and it tells me to go ahead and come pick it up myself. The app shows I have a rental, a Hyundai Elantra Tag number RM8X3M and will not let me cancel and they tell my wife that they have no cars. And since it’s less than
