Hertz Car Rental - Yakima - Yakima Air Terminal (YKM)

Was charged a smoking fee of $500 when I didn’t smoke in the car. This person at the front desk kept cutting me off repeating the same policy spill. I have never been charged a smoking fee in my life. This lady was adamant on charging the smoking fee or banning me from using hertz, possibly both. But don’t take my word for it just read the other reviews.

The people were kind to me and I didn't have to wait a long time and the price is what I really loved about Hertz and when I returned the vehicle they were very happy with how clean I left the vehicle and the full tank of gas I put in it so I have no complaints and I'm very happy with them

Exceptional service! The manager accommodated our after operating hours arrival. This accommodation allowed us to travel without issue. We were also given a great vehicle! Thank you Hertz Yakima!

They were great! They have strange hours because it's a regional airport but as long as you pay attention to that the the guy checking me out was great and the price was very reasonable

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I showed up to pick up my rental at scheduled time. Not one person was in the office. I called the local number. The lady on duty ignored my call multiple times, after the Yakima office transferred me to her. She showed up an hour after my reservation time. She had an attitude because people were frustrated with her. She threatened to without my reservation, and also another lady who was in line waiting for her reservation. If I could give this review zero stars I would. She was absolutely terrible. Her lack of accountability for her absolute incompetence was mind blowing. She acted as if doing her job was a massive interruption, and that everyone else was running on her time. It is your job, to be there for people to pick up their reser
