I really don’t ever write review but this is NEEDED. Do not listen to the positive reviews given here! These guys are super shady. They made it clear from the beginning that they have “No-Haggle Pricing” which I was 1000% fine with. I found a car I liked that was within my budget and wanted to buy it. I wanted to crunch some numbers before making the decision. I called the sales guy named Lucas telling him I’d love to move forward with my car at the price he showed me. I’m a busy professional with many clients so I told him to get all the paperwork ready so when I drive the 30 minutes there we can review and buy the car. I got there and he told me that the price has gone up due to the "auction" pricing. So, we can’t’t haggle prices but they can? We were extremely upset and walked out. This

The vehicle we wanted was detailed thoroughly before we drove it home and we are happy with our purchase. Nazr and Reno, the gentlemen who helped us were both really efficient, easy to talk to and appeared to have a good grip on what was happening. The only problem we had was a long delay in getting g the paperwork finished which they were attributing to our credit union being slow getting back to them. Overall it went well and l would buy a used car from them again.

Wow! I'm 45 years old and have bought several cars in my life. This was not only the nicest I've ever bought for myself, but by far the best buying experience I've ever had! What awesome accommodating group and team that made me feel like a person with needs and not just a car deal to play endless games with. Inventory was stellar. Amazing deals on so many awesome vehicles. Process was straightforward, fun, and incredibly pleasant and these guys were so cool and accomplishing! Holy cow. What a horrific experience. DO NOT trust any of the prior reviews. These guys are so shady. I've been trying to buy a car for literally three day. They refuse to give you a price until you physically come in. Once they get you there and get you emotionally attached to the vehicle, they then tell you that the price has gone up due to the "auction" pricing. This happened to me on two different occasions and on two different vehicles which is how I know it's their standard practice. On the second vehicle as my daughter was literally on the bus ride over to buy the vehicle (still with no confirmed price even though she had physically been there once before) and with an appointment they decided to text us and tell us the car had been sold out from under us. Avoid them at all costs!! Contacting the BBB today. We have been discussing a car purchase with Frost for 3 days, got a price after waiting FOREVER, added the car to our insurance, sent our daughter on the freaking bus over to Hertz to finish the car purchase, and then he has the nerve to TEXT and say “oh sorry the car has been sold.” SCAM, avoid avoid. We wasted literally 12 hours of our life on dealing with them. They put one price on the listing, and when you go to buy it they say “sorry the auction price was higher and it’s actually this.” And then when you throw a fit they lower the price halfway, and then they delay your purchase until they find a higher buyer.
