The line is 20 people deep. It took 4hrs to get my car. Worst hertz I ever rented from bc of uber wait. Smells like a 20pounds of Marijuana as soon as I walk in. Rep said there was no gas cars and only xl electric cars. They don't even have a restroom but the average wait time is over 2hrs. Jaylen customer service is 5star. Just be prepared to wait

My experience here was butter smooth. Mrs. Flo took care of me. Get here first thing in the morning 30 min before your appointment to avoid long lines. There’s going to be a QR code that you scan to check into your appointment, and then they will call your name. When booking for Uber please know that the prices that you see in the app are about 136 dollars less than the prices in person. So ensure that you factor that in. If you walk in there with about 376- 400$ you will be fine.(Tesla 450$ ) . That will be the price per week. Also the car that you book may or may not be available. That’s really with any car rental company, but the earlier you get here the more likely they will have your car. Every other week it seems they refuse to pull out the money resulting in rental agreements ending costing so far 5 total days of work over the last two months. Still waiting on 120 dollars to be refunded from over three weeks ago from road side assistance I never even used. Was told it be returned only to have rental agreement shut off again today. I’ve received cards with numbers to call in the past that didn’t work. I have a new one I’ll call today but based on my experience with them I’ll have to make a hour drive and sit for another hour to get it worked out. Down a weeks pay and an additional 120 dollars while spending 300 a week on a rental for 2 months straight. Talk about getting financially ruined. At no point has hertz offered a free week of renting for their payment processing

I was hesitant from the reviews but its literally nothing like what people said. The only con i had was waiting an hour but this location isn’t like a regular rental place they have a different system. I was priced maybe $90 more than what Uber quoted but that’s because Uber quotes DOES NOT include insurance, you don’t have to get it but you’ll be responsible if anything happens to the car. Mrs. Flo was literally AMAZING, she has a beautiful spirit and once we started she got me in and out. The car is nice and was clean. I will do business with them again!!

These reviews are 100% true but now they are under new management. However Flo was the best one Hands down by far she gave excellent performance/ service not including the new staff. Look if you are trying to get into a fleet vehicle my best advice is get there in the morning. They have all the vehicles you need in the morning you need to make sure you are the first one in and the first out. Please be sure to use the proper debit card do not use your credit card, I repeat do not use your credit card. The best day to pick up the vehicle is Friday you have one week to do your rides and do what’s necessary for yourself etc. anything outside of that. That’s on your time if you can’t manage the thirty rides into your schedule. Do not waist your time getting the car especially if you can’t maint
