My Silverado tied is totally flat. I am emergency working for service with my tire insurance. They don't help right away, they have to make 3 days after schedule. They want me come back after three days . When I on the driving back, The tire is totally not working. I'm stalking on the street. And feel very very sad. I have many vehicley. When I have tire problem I usually walking to the theater right away and mostly a dealer that can help me to change a new tire. Only this dealer doesn't help wink in for tires.

Took my 2001 ws6 up here for a front end alignment , and they are very honest and very professional, they know what they are doing. Very good techs… I will be bringing my car back for service again when needed. Thank you guys very much for getting my car to drive straight again.

I just got my air conditioner AC compressor replaced here. Less than 24 hours later my check engine light went on. The mechanic refused to do a complimentary diagnostic check on my car to make sure that the light didn't come on due to the an issue with the service I just had. Said it would be a $200 charge just to look at my car after I just spent $1700 on a service. Absolutely despicable way to treat returning customers. I have been here for service before but I will NEVER go back to Mall Chevrolet after this. I'm having my local mechanic check my car out later today - when I called him about my issue he said "no problem we can run diagnostics for you, just swing by". If I need service directly from a Chevy dealer I'll pick another dealership in the area that also doesn't charge a service

DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought a 2023 Chevy Silverado here 8 months ago, and 3 weeks ago the check engine light came on, and it turns out it was a lemon. Needs a whole new valve body and the part is on backorder and "could take months". To make matters worse, the dealership does nothing to make things right. They told me they have "no loaner vehicles", and that I had to find my own rental vehicle for less than $44/day. After explaining that I need a truck, as I purchased the truck to tow my RV, I was told I could pay the difference out of pocket on my own to get a truck, and there was nothing they could do to help me. So I should continue payments on my lemon of a truck, and pay $16/day on top of that so I can have a replacement truck for what "could be months". Save your time and money and go

Do NOT take your vehicle to Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill/Mall Chevrolet Collision Center - or any related businesses. The customer facing service staff, including John, the service manager, are obstinate, ill-mannered, and grossly unprofessional. They will gladly take your money, waste your time and leave you high and dry. After a minor accident with my brand-new Chevrolet, I brought my vehicle to Mall Chevrolet Service Center. Despite several visits and spending hundreds on diagnostic fees, they essentially told me to kick rocks and pay another dealer to diagnose and fix the problem. Rude, uncooperative and 0 results.
