Terry is the man! Such a great humbled dude. Got there on time and got to work. I had a blow out on i35 doing a hotshot load and had me back on the road in no time. I personally recommend this business. Thanks again terry God bless.

The company was a lifesaver! Got a flat tire on the night of a holiday and was on the side of the road for hours. Luckily I stumbled upon Hewitt Roadside Assistance & Mobile Tire Service phone number and they were able to help out in a timely manner. Great customer service, and quick fix. I was on the road in no time. Def 5/5 stars! Totally recommend!!

After a harrowing experience with a hail mary moment on the road, I frantically called multiple companies early in the morning, but no one answered. I left several voicemails, but didn't receive any callbacks. Just when my phone battery was running low, I finally got a hold of someone at Hewitt. Terry was incredibly calm and composed, offering me several options and a fair price. He even accommodated me when I didn't have all the necessary information readily available. Despite the long distance, he arrived quickly to assist me with my first-ever flat tire, and I'm extremely grateful to have reached out to Hewitt.

Very helpful, prompt and respectful. I had an unexpected flat tire on the way back from Dallas. Terry not only replaced the tire but checked the air in the remaining tires before letting me leave! We only waited 30 minutes!!! My son and I were incredibly grateful. My son described Terry as a real-life superhero! Would not wish anyone to have a flat, but if you do and you’re i/around Itasca, Alvarado, Grandview…. Or anywhere along the I35 (close to Dallas), I would highly recommend. Thank you, Terry!!!! My husband and I were hauling a pretty large load on our 28ft gooseneck when our tire decides to blow in Itasca we didn't have a jack that would lift the trailer or a spare tire!! Thank goodness Hewitt roadside assistance was available!! This gentleman went over and beyond to make sure we got back on the road safely!! The service was awesome!! The timeliness of service was awesome!! The price was very reasonable!! I give this business 2 thumbs up!! I definitely recommend this business!!
