I visited Heyward Allen today for the first time. I was greeted by the very kind receptionist holding the door open for me when I arrived. She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn’t quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! Vehicle exceeded the time I was told it would take, once I made contact, I was told that the vehicle was actually ready. They attempted to charge me for a tire rotation that I did not ask for. In fact, they were rotated 3 weeks prior. No information about the repairs were offered and when I asked what was done, I was simply told “it passed”. On a side note, there were no pens to fill out the night drop, so I left a few for others, and if you want to steal a car, this box is the way to go. The anti theft flap is damaged or not working. Simply open the door and with a stick or other implement, grab a few envelopes and choose your ride.

I recently purchased my 2022 Denali and had an amazing experience! My sales guy (Adam) was great—he worked out a deal that fit exactly what I needed and kept me in the loop the entire time, even with other buyers interested. I live 2 hours away, and he had everything ready for me when I arrived, making the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend — and when I upgrade or purchase another Denali in the future, I’ll definitely be returning!
