In April 2025, I purchased a 23’ Honda Trailsport at Doral HGreg from Dairon. When signing the contract, I see a $1700 charge to “prepare” the car. I’m told that it’s to check the car over & make any repairs prior to selling it. They will not budge on this charge but the manager (Alex) offered me more for my trade in, I accept. I’m then passed on to the “extended warranty” guy who sells me a pkg which he states “covers the vehicle from bumper to bumper”. I believe it was close to $3400. I later find out it doesn’t cover much of anything with all of the hidden contingencies but thankfully, I was later able to cancel before the 60 day window. Driving home, 10 min after purchasing the suv, the gas light comes on (appx $80 to fill). When I park at home, I notice the sensors don’t activate.

If you are looking for a used car in brand new conditions this is the place to come to. I spent over 2 weeks looking for cars at dealerships all through Miami and Broward. Hgreg, has the best prices, luxury cars and low mileages. They have all cars to fit within your budget and monthly price range. The sales associates are not pushing you towards anything that’s out of your budget and range. My husband and I had been searching for a 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V in all black for quite some time, and we were thrilled when we saw that HGREG Lux in Doral had one available. My husband called the dealership and spoke with Alex, who confirmed it was still in stock. From the very first call, Alex was attentive, professional, and incredibly responsive he immediately sent photos and videos of the vehicle, which we really appreciated. Please do not trust this dealership, I got a car here and I have been making payments on a car I haven’t been able to use for 2 months because it’s a costly repair. Over $4000 because this car was neglected badly. The previous owners never did oil changes and Hgreg failed to check this car out fully before selling it. My mechanic found rust under the car as well and many corroded parts to be able to get to the main problem. Please go somewhere else.

I really had a bad experience with Hgreg dealer. They sell cars ftom auctions as is but won't tell you how bad the cars is and they give a short term warranty. They know how bad the car is but they won't tell you so they can make the money. I feel they took advantage of me and no matter the situation. I will never ever go to Hgreg again. You are taking a risk and plus are getting over charging for the truck for what is worth. Now I'm stuck with this used truck for 5 years and i pray to God that it will last that long. Thats how they get you and they are really dishonest because they new how the truck was but they should at least warn me or reccomend not to buy. But is all about money not about the customer. I just try to call you Warren and no answer and one person just hangup the phone
