01/02/25. I bought a 2025 GMC 3500 Duramax from here on 11/24/25. I explained i travel for a living and will use the truck to pull my RV. The truck came with a block heater cord. I asked the salesman where it plugs in. He didn't know and didn't make any attempts to find out. I asked for an owners manual and he said they dont come with one anymore. He said my permanent tags would be in in a few weeks. A month and a half later and still no tags. I call and leave voicemail with the manager and he wont return the call. Now im pulling my RV through Texas to Tennessee and my trailer brake controller keeps disconnecting the trailer brakes on a 18000 pound camper while pulling through heavy traffic.
