Well, my experience was horrible. Hi Flow Muffler Shop did a job removing the mufflers from my 2025 Lexus. I explained to Brian how I wanted my new exhaust tips installed, and he just smiled, saying he knew what he was doing. He doesn't give you any options; they just want to get the job done and that's it. They did a terrible job, with all the welding stuck to the exhaust pipe and the new tips touching my car's bumper. After driving home, I realized my bumper was burned. I'll show all the pictures of their shoddy work. They damaged my bumper and my new tips, which cost me $180, not including the bumper damage. They gave me a refund, but the damage to the bumper and the overall terrible work they did is unacceptable. I don't recommend them at all. Be careful and don't be fooled by the revi

I went their to get some cats installed. They did a phenomenal job. Gave me a price upfront, they honored it to the T. No BS. They also adjusted my exhaust before the weld as it was touching in a couple of spots and they found a small exhaust leak and took care of it at no extra charge. I was upset I didn't have any cash on me for a tip. I'll be going back soon

They have bad attitudes, super cocky and arrogant, as well as do shotty work and don’t consider your opinions for your own car. Once I told them I didn’t wanna pay for their overpriced exhaust tips they made sure I couldn’t put one on there and didn’t center my exhaust out the back… if you want to be treated like an imbecile and want work that has no care put into it, I would highly recommend this place… if you want to be treated with respect and your wishes granted with adequate work and time, I would go somewhere else… If you’re in that area, I recommend discount muffler in Wintergarden
