Let me just tell you this dealership definitely has earned all our families business from now own. Noah went above and beyond to help us get our Beautiful IS250 and let me just say this dealership doesn't sell junk, Almost all their vehicles are later models that aren't outrageously out priced in this awful car market. Would recommend this dealership 100%! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the owners Jamie and Kevin but they definitely all worked together to help us get a great deal on this beautiful Lexus! I was in the market for a crew cab diesel truck to accommodate my 3 growing kids. We camp about 1500 miles per year pulling a 5th wheel camper around the southeast. I drove 5 hours and pretty much got exactly what I expected. I hardly ever buy from a dealership but when I pulled in and saw all the really nice diesel trucks they had on the lot I immediately felt that if the truck I planned to buy didn't work out, I could have easily bought another on the lot. Kevin was very easy to work with and didn't pressure me in the slightest. I am glad dealers like Hi-Line are still interested in treating customers right because in my area of Virginia they are few and far between.

Stanley was extremely detailed and transparent when describing the vehicle to me over the phone. He literally mentioned every nick, including bugs stuck to the front. Got to the dealership and he was very friendly, accommodating, and low pressure. Great guy. Jamie was personable, and fair when discussing concerns for the vehicle (that were due to my lack of research). These folks are real and down to earth- they don’t come across as ‘used car salesmen’ at all (nothing against the profession). Wouldn’t hesitate to do business here again.

I bought a used Prius Plug In from Hi-Line Auto Sales in June 2017. I worked mainly with Jerry, although my initial contact was Kevin. I was treated like royalty and not only did I get a more than fair price, but Jerry went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the condition of the car. Plus, he met me after hours and once on a Sunday when they were closed, since I was from out of town. They did have to mail the title to me, and it arrived promptly. The car is immaculate and runs perfectly. It's so scary going to a used car dealer, but I would not hesitate to buy from this dealer again.
