I highly recommend Hi-Tec Automotive. I have been bringing my Jeep here for years and it has always been a pleasure to work with them. They are frequently busy but have always done their best to schedule me in quickly. They get the work done right, on time and at a good price. On a few occasions, they were able to diagnose issues and solve with a simple fix and without charging me. They allow me to purchase my own parts and they do an expert job installing them. These guys have earned my trust back. The son went out of his way to diagnose a complicated issue and since it ended up being a dealership issue, he didn’t even charge me for his time. They couldn’t fix the main issue, but were able to figure out a way to make the car usable and more convenient for me.

If you value your time and money do not go here. Vehicle was left in parking lot for 2 weeks after appointment date for what was quoted as a 9 hour job to change the transmission. I then began contacted the owner telling him I was having issues with the transmission about a year and a half after install. Now, about 2 years after the install, the owner refuses to fix warrantied Jasper transmission, first claiming I had missed 3 appointments for it. When owner was told I had never missed an appointment for the transmission, owner claimed he had me in the computer for "at least 2" missed appointments but thought it was 3. When asked for specific dates that were missed, owner claimed that all computer logs were deleted at the end of every month so he couldn't give dates. Even after looking up

*DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE* If you have made the mistake of bringing your vehicle to this shop get it out as soon as you can! Seriously, I wouldn’t wish my experience with this place on my worst enemy. I’m not one to write reviews, but I really feel I could be doing someone a HUGE favor by warning them about this place. These people had my car for 3 months! I called repeatedly and they always told me the mechanic in charge of my car was out and they would call back, but they never would. Eventually, after months of not having my car, I grew tired of not being updated on my vehicle’s status so I went to the shop and discovered that my car hadn’t moved since I dropped it off.
