When my appointment time came he immediately stopped what he was doing and started working on my car. He finished within the time that he estimated and charged me less than all other quotes that I received. I had some questions and he spent time with me after the installation answering my questions with detail. I highly recommend him and will go back to him for any other windshield issues.
