Called for a quote as my gf car needed repairs. I live out of state and trying to find a decent shop for her to take it to. I am a mechanic by trade for 12 years and was met with the upmost disrespect over the phone. Told they won't listen to my diagnosis and will still charge a fee for it and won't accept customer supplied parts even if they part match theirs as I cross referenced everything. Super disrespectful to other mechanics seeking help and only want to upsell and take advantage. Do not recommend.

I came in with two previous diagnosis and asked them to confirm and provide an estimate for repairs. They called me back within a few hours with very detailed options for repairs and didn’t pressure me into anything. I didn’t end up going through with repairs because it would be easier to get a new car, however I will be returning in the future for any other possible repairs. The staff is very friendly with good communication and no price gauging.

This shop is a rip off Manuel the owner is full of himself thinking he is smarter then everyone not to mention the ridiculous diagnostic fee. On top of that they don't even fix your vehicle correctly be careful coming here if they feel like they can take advantage of you they will!! And when you leave a review I notice they always make excuses instead of maybe taking into consideration what you are complaining about and maybe fixing they're dam issue maybe if everyone is complaining about the same thing you should try changing something!!! Food for thought 🤔

I brought my 2012 Honda Fit because of a blown spark plug. Was quoted $420 which I think it’s fair, they fixed it and now it runs perfectly. Months later I called for a valve adjustment on my 07 Honda Element which is not major repairs and they quoted me $350+ and if I need them to diagnose it first it will be another $150 on top of the original quote. They don’t waive diagnosis fee if they do repairs. I didn’t like the additional charges so I decided to call the local Honda dealer and was quoted $280 no additional charges. Neat less to say I went with the Honda dealer quote since they offer shuttle ride home and AAA discounts. Hi-tech auto does a great job but they are pricey.

So I was referred by a co-worker to come to this place to replace my spark plugs and change my valve cover gasket set.This took place about 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I felt like my car was ready to cut off.I called my brother and told him what had happened 😳 and said take it back to them ask If they gad the spark plug the person Victor said no they don't do that , just put them in as is, the only way they would check is to diagnose the problem and the cost would be 165.00 plus the labor. If this had been a professional mechanic shop they would of have done that anyway, and I wouldn't have to be running back asking questions. That's what I get for coming over.Be careful what you ask for!!!!!!All good deals aren't good deals.
