I have always wanted to build my dream vehicle. This past fall, I finally had the opportunity. When looking online, I found Jacked Up Customs and spoke to Mike. When our discussion ended, I knew I had found the right place. Mike and his team guided me through the process and we decided to install an Eibach Stage 1 Suspension Lift Kit along with a set of Toyo Open Country AT3 P285/70/17 tires. The final result exceeded my expectations. This past winter, I decided to install sets of custom lights and there was no question who I would be giving a call. The coordination with AAA was great. The battery did not start, so I figured it would have to be replaced. The Hi Tech technician was highly professional, documenting each stage of the process, showing me the readings. I was roadworthy in about 90 minutes, from the time I discovered the battery problem until the new battery was installed. Great job.

Luke came to my rescue after a 12 hour shift, only to find my car an unresponsive corpse in the hospital parking lot. Did I mention it was 24 degrees out? It was. Gino was amazing! I accidentally locked myself out of my car and he came to my rescue so quickly. He contacted me when he was on his way and again when he arrived, which I really appreciated. He was polite, professional, and had excellent customer service. Best of all, he had my car door open in literally 3 minutes. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. This fellow was a full expert and fully professional and so fast and thorough. Replacing the battery on my Chevrolet volt. He is to be commended. While I had thought I might replace this battery myself once it was jumped, watching him, I realized that there was no way I could ever have done this myself. He needed special tools and a tremendous amount of know-how, all of which he displayed throughout. Excellent job. Very happy to have done it this way.
