HI-TECH Automotive - Best Auto Repair Shop in St Peters & St Charles

I had a problem with my Mercedes late in the day Tuesday about 430. I called to my favorite foreigne auto repair shop, didnt have any openings for almost 3 weeks. Ended up calling Hi Tech. They said drop it off, we will try to squeeze you in just for diagnosis. I had it towed there Tuesday night. I got a call at 1030 AM and told it would be good to go by the end of the day. 430 Wednesday I was picking it up. Thanks guys!

Great Experience! We went to multiple auto repair shops, and nobody could diagnose our issue properly. This issue was regarding coding and the cars air bag safety feature. Hi-Tech Automotive was the first shop to tell us what we needed to purchase to fix our issue. Thank you for the expertise! I will definitely be recommending your services to others.

Took my truck in and cant thank these guys enough. From reception to pickup I felt like noone was trying to sell me or make up problems. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and honest prices. My truck is running great and I have found a new mechanic

Dishonest and deceptive business practices. Shop estimate(which I did agree to) was $1600 then upon pickup without any notification of a new rate/ estimate I was forced to pay $2000 to get my vehicle back. There was never another estimate done! They never told me about any price increase until day of pickup… Tim (owner) was not only rude but completely disrespectful and never once tried to understand or rectify the situation. 0/10 my family will never come here again.

Tim and his team are fantastic. They fixed my fan quickly and with no issues, so now my truck is nice and warm!
