Hakan is great and knows his stuff. He is very thorough and always willing to give a full explanation of whatever is going on with your vehicle. His prices are fair and he consistently has a quick turnaround for repairs, depending on if parts have to be shipped or not. I appreciate the thorough diagnosis and quick response from you on the multiple visits I have had to make to have repairs done on my vehicle. You and your employee exhibit excellent customer service and you really try to help your customers with their cars, you are an asset to the community. I went here for an oil change on my Mercedes 2020 Suv and they provided excellent and quick services! They even showed me some potential problem in the future that the dealership didn't inform me on.10/10 I'll definitely be back!

Hakan is a genius!! I had major repair work done on my Jaguar XF diesel engine, $7.7k worth. It took Paretti JLR of New Orleans 3 months to complete. I complained repeatedly to both the NO and BR location that something wasn't right. Finally the BR location said it was my DPF that needed to be replaced and it was not under warranty. This would be $6,800. From the first phone call Hakan knew things weren't adding up. He was right. In the initial repair a gasket was installed incorrectly causing a restriction and clogged DPF. The repair was done at a fraction of that $6800. He explained everything throughly. He even called the next day to check on things... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far the best experience I have had with auto repair. Scheduled Service online got a confirmation immediately. Serviced at the appointed time the next day with attention to every detail of the issues my vehicle was having with great care and expertise, while being advised of each detail of the work being done.
