Hibdon Tires Plus

Robert has the greatest customer service. He went out his way to give me a discount after accidentally ordering tge wrong size tires. I have never once had bad customer service or poor maintenance at Shawnee Hibdon. This crew is the best in town, by far!

Came in to put a alignment on my jeep gladiator the lady aut front was nice the tire technician not so much was rude I can over look hat but getting in my gladiator with greasy hands, touching my wheel, touching my button, sitting in my leather seats with greasy clothes not OK cannot overlook that touching my paint with greasy hands. My truck just got detailed. It’s very nice and now it’s all greasy and it has to be detailed again.

I have purchased all of my tires here since 2005. This time I told Robert that my new Ford’s tires were 1/2 worn and I would be doing a lot of driving to California and DC this winter. The service here was awesome! Everything was explained to me very clearly, and Robert even told me about other service recommendations on my vehicle (but didn’t pressure me to have it done right away). I had some unexpected expenses, but they gave me the best deals they could and even a couple of discounts. Braden did a great job on my car. Hibdon is quick, affordable, and does great work!

Arrived a little before 1 pm with the spare tire on. My regular tire had been punctured too close to the side wall to repair. No problem since I have a warranty. It is 4:25 and I am still waiting for them to finish it up. I understand it is Saturday and they had a line of people. However, half the time one of the workers was upstairs taking some happiness survey, (I only know this because one of the other workers came in complaining about that). The wait here is insane. I definitely won’t be back to this location. Price for them to put the new wheel on and put the tire on my car is about 45 dollars. Also, no bathroom in their waiting room. The ten year old who has been waiting with me needed to use the restroom a little after we arrived, so we walked down to the fast food place n
