We bought us a Jayco camper from this place and the buying experience was good. But wished they would have done some roof maintenance before selling the unit and they would have looked at the awning we are maybe looking at replacing the awning because it was ripped on one place and really dirty the only reason for the 3 stars instead of 5. Just hope our first camping trip goes good.

I have waited to write this review in hopes that the owners would stick to their word. My family purchased a fifth wheel from Hickory RV May 10th. We dealt with Jon, (who from my understanding is in half’s with the other owner, Tom). While looking at the camper on the lot, Jon had told us the camper had been leak tested, and that there were no leaks, he also said everything had been tested and worked as it should, he agreed to undercoat the frame to prevent rust if we purchased the camper, and that the replacement for the broken fender skirt on the drivers side, had been ordered. We decided to purchase the camper (a cash sale) and it was delivered 5 days later on 5/15. I was impressed with Jon from my very first phone conversation with him. After speaking with many RV dealerships and representatives, Hickory RV stood out as the most professional and helpful by far. Jon didn’t make me feel like he was just trying to sell me an RV—he genuinely wanted to help me find something within my budget that met my needs. For that, I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend Hickory RV to anyone looking for a quality camper and compassionate staff.

This is so disturbing after reading other people’s reviews as well. We worked with Jon when my husband took an out of town job and needed a camper. We thought we got a great deal because Jon promised no leaks and that everything was working fine. My husband got it all hooked up the same day and found leaks and mold in the slides and floor. These were fixed and the camper seemed fine. But now that my husband no longer works out of town and we decide to sale the camper we had it inspected. We then find that the camper has rotted ceilings, rotted slide floors, and other miscellaneous issues that would be upwards of 20,000$ in repairs. We were reassured these issues were not our fault since we had only had the camper a few months and kept it maintained. We have no idea what to do now and just
