I am beyond pleased with the work done on my truck—absolute 10/10. The quality of craftsmanship was top-tier, and the attention to detail really shows. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I was especially impressed that my truck was completed ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise. I even had a trusted mechanic friend look it over, and he was extremely impressed with the work. There has been nothing I’ve needed to bring back or have corrected. I’ve already recommended this shop—and the specific team member I worked with—to friends with multiple vehicles and ongoing work. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

They kept us updated day by day on the progress of our vehicle. They even arranged for our rental car to be ready for us and made it possible to drop it off without ever having to visit the rental company. Our service advisor, Morissa, was amazing. I was side swiped in my 2022 Mazda CX-5 last year and took my vehicle to Higgins for repair. I regret that decision, and continue to regret it as I am still finding incomplete work nearly a year later. Higgins had my car for 2+ months, not because of back ordered parts or something reasonable, but because it took several attempts to get my car repaired correctly. Luis was my advisor, and upon the first time seeing my car after the paint repair had been done I was presented with completely mismatched panels and shoddy work. This held true for the second time. And the third time. Eventually getting their manager, David involved. The quality of work and the lack of care given to my vehicle has haunted me since getting my vehicle back. The staff was super friendly and communicative. The repair looks like it was brand new and the car was very clean when returned. The insurance paid for things so i dont know how good of a deal it was cost wise but as far as i can tell they atleast do a good job and are super nice. Thank you guys!

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is really nice. Called and asked if they did walk ins because a lot of other places only take appointments. Walked in same day, agreed on pricing and left my car same day. The pricing makes it worth it tbh. Max was really respectful. You can tell they take their work seriously and get things done in a timely manner. Kept me updated the whole time to pick up. Took them only a couple days to fix my bumpers.
