I had a great experience with Master Autotech and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which is hard to find these days. The work they did was excellent and my car is running perfectly now. You can tell they really care about doing the job right and taking care of their customers. The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic, Master Autotech is definitely the place to go. We have taken two different vehicles to these guys to be serviced. From the very start, they made us feel right at home and like they were glad we were there. The repairs were done quickly and well. The communication was great, and the price was fair. We will definitely be back!

5 STARS!!! I'd had car troubles for a few days that had given me such anxiety, and I was prepared to spend an arm and a leg on repairs. But I went in and half way through the "interview" about what was wrong, the guy at the front desk says "let me check something real quick". And bam! He was right! The issue was a super easy fix and he didn't even charge me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I offered him my first born, I was so grateful (he said no 😋)! I literally feel lighter and have so much gratitude for that man!!! He was so kind and amazing! And also a great mechanic for being able to tell the issue so fast! If the issue returns, I will too, to this shop! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We’ve been bringing our cars here for years, always had great service. Today I had a slow leak and they fit me right in, fixed it, in order to save the tire (and wheel). 10/10 would recommend.Arturo was fantastic.

I had such a good experience at the Bountiful location. Assistant Manager Ricky was super polite and helpful, very pleasant to work with. When I started my car in the morning, it was evident something was wrong with the muffler and I didn’t know where to go, but grateful I was recommended here (and also reassured by two other lady customers in the waiting room that I was at good spot :). So pleased that Master AutoTech repaired the pipe vs. telling me the whole thing had to be replaced. Saved me money and repaired it the same day. I will be back for ongoing maintenance! Thank you.
