She explained everything beautifully, made sure I knew what I was getting into and answered any questions with me being a young woman buying/financing my first car. Review of High Desert Wholesale & High Desert Mechanic Shop I purchased a vehicle from High Desert Wholesale and initially had a positive experience with the sales team. They were polite and professional. However, during the purchase process there were repeated delays due to poor communication between the sales side and their mechanic shop. Sales staff frequently had to reschedule and apologize because the maintenance department was not coordinating effectively. I was told clearly that I had 15 days to return with any issues. Shortly after purchase, I discovered the vehicle had an aftermarket ballast installed. I assumed the dealership was aware of this. I later had the vehicle inspected and was informed that not only did the ballast require replacement, but the vehicle also had an SRS
