I went to this shop on two prior occasions with no issues other than the owner, Frank, telling me to show up one of the times at 9am and then not arriving until 922am. To show them my appreciation, I bought every worker in the shop a tall can beer the first time doing business with them and brought in a dozen donuts the second time so Frank could distribute them to his employees and customers. Unfortunately, the work that I had done to establish a relationship was lost on Frank. I needed a bigger job done, quoted at $550. He told me on Friday to come in on Tuesday to get the work done. I showed up in person on Sunday just to double check with Frank that we were good for Tuesday, which he acknowledged. I show up on Tuesday morning and he tells me that he won’t be able to do it until Wednesd

Great mechanic, they've rebuilt my engine in a classic car and its been flawless since. On my modern cars they are just as good. He will get a little behind if he can't contact a customer about a part or repair needed. He likes to get authorization before performing any repairs or part changes, grezt service.

Whoever the receptionist is is a joke, you're going to lose clients with service given by her. She contradicts herself after giving you the run around on a simple question.
