High Plains Tire

The entitlement is appalling. Small-town billy bob acted like I was a complete idiot (because I am a woman) whenever I asked them to balance my tires on my Ram 2500. It was wobbling horribly over 40mph. There was still some mud left in my wheel well, but accidentally washed some of the weights out trying to give it a good wash. I also hadn’t had my tires balanced in 30k miles. From what I personally witnessed, it seems like they don’t want business from you, unless you are a business owner or they know who you are. Clickish small town bs written all over this place.

I was heading home to Kansas from Texas just north of Woodward my tire light came on. Googled the closest tire shop and it brought me to High Plains Tire. They were busy on Saturday, but they got my car fixed in no time! $20 to replace the valve stem!!!

Great service, but you will pay extra for it. Was passing through this little town in northwest oklahoma. I noticed that my TPMS indicated I had low tire pressure in at least one of my tires. I pulled over and inspected my tires and saw a nail in my left rear tire. Asked one of the local citizens where a tire shop.was near by and if they were still open at 5 p.m. I was directed here. Drove over to this busy shop and informed the manager of my plight. He had me park in the front of the shop and and I was attended to immediately. A usual tire repair in my experience is about $10. It was about double this price here. I asked the manager how the price was calculated and he stated that it was based on the size of the tire...hmmm. this is just a small SUV. Oh, well. Absolutely had the best experience with High Plains Tire! Drove 2 hours and had some issues with the original tire place so had to change plans last minute and high plains tire gave me a good deal and squeezed in an alignment for me. Got all of it done SUPER QUICK! They just gained a forever customer! Everyone was also super friendly!

We had a blowout on our trailer just as we were pulling into this town, on a cross country road trip. Called these guys up, and I kid you not in less than 15 minutes we were back on the road with a new tire, for just a hundred bucks! I have been to many many auto repair shops and this was by far the best run shop ever! Really nice folks too. They were lifesavers!
