Was broke down in my work truck a couple of weeks ago. They responded quickly and kept me notified via texts through the whole process. The driver/mechanic that arrived was friendly, knowledgeable, fixed my truck, and got me back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend them!!

We were about 3 hours in to our 10 trip pulling a tandem axle U Haul trailer; Bam went the front street side tire. We knew we didn’t have a spare because I asked what do we do if there’s a problem on our trip. The rental agent told me that you just call the 800 number and they will take care of you. Being out in the middle of nowhere to us I drove to the next exit and pulled off on a side street. I called the 800 number and they dispatched High Road Towing and Truck Repair. The driver called us and said he was 45 minutes away and would have us back on our way shortly after arriving. Shure enough He arrived just like we’re told, pulled out the jack. Five quick bursts of the ratchet and the wheel was off. Back up from his service truck with a new wheel and it was back on. Down went the jack

Very professional struggle to get my toolbox off of our trailer but that was our trailer's fault. Very gentle about moving the toolbox around and was happily surprised with their service of moving my toolbox. Did seem a bit pricey for moving a toolbox but I am used to Central Ohio prices.
