Kat at dispatch was AMAZING! I was following an oversized load and we were permitted this way, but got high centered around the turn. She got us a truck in less than 10 minutes. Driver was amazing and very efficient! Highly recommend Reds!

I had an air tank leak and needed after-hours assistance. The mechanic showed up and spent several hours trying to weld the air tank, which was heavily rusted. He was professional and did make the effort. Unfortunately, the tank could not be fully repaired and continued to leak. Despite that, I was charged a fairly high amount for the service. I understand after-hours work costs more, but given the outcome, the price felt high. Overall, the service was responsive, but the result and cost did not fully match expectations.

I had a flat on my truck ster driver side and trailer rear tire. They were amazing and very nice the service guy Dakota was awesome and should be rewarded for his helpfulness. He was on site in a good time and his work was awesome.. if a ster tire goes out u need to know what to do or not to do and be safe

Trailer came off on route 35. Zach and the team at Reds were there in 20 minutes. Had the trailer back on my truck and headed to their shop within 10 minutes of showing up. Gave me a safety escort to their shop. Within 10 minutes of being at their shop they were already working on my trailer. Had me back on the road within 2 hours of my first call to them!!!! What an amazing team!!!!!!

This is a good shop with good people, front desk, Ernie and the entire crew also. We had electrical work done, mechanical, regular preventive maintenance, always properly done. They also offer towing services and road side assistance but as i always say, I hope you and I never need 😊
