I ended up stopping by this dealership 3 months ago to get my car, saw this beauty and decided I must have it, TK the sales person there who happens to be the son of the owner assisted me with this sale, he stated that the dealership has been around for over 60 years and that there customer service oriented however that was the opposite of what I experienced. first off the car was listed for 15k but actually value was 11k and NEVER HE BUDGED ON THE PRICE. of course me being at a dealership I expected to pay a little bit extra of a premium price for the peace of mind that comes with buying a car BUT THERE WAS NO PEACE IN MY MIND LOL ONLY EXPENSES LOL. There were several things missing in the car INCLUDING SPAIR TIRE!, TK told me that the car had RUN FLATS and that it doesn't need a spare

This review is just upon initial inspection of the one car I wanted to check out and I have no experience with the financing people or anyone like that during my visit. This is solely based on my perception of the dealership and cars they have. Just your typical independent used car dealership. Place looks decent and not ran down. Cars have been sitting for few months to over year, do your research on the VIN and go by the Carfax online and not the one they want to provide you. There are definitely maintenance that is required for majority of the cars they have on the lot. Just set your expectations lower and know what to look out for. Junior seems like a nice guy. This place is a scam! Don’t waste your time going to this terrible dealership! I went and selected a car, I filled out the credit application, got approved! When I went back to finalize the deal and give them my down payment, they told me the car had a lien! Therefore, they couldn’t sell the car. This was a case where they didn’t want to sell me the car. I find out later that they ended up selling it to a customer who agreed to buy it at a higher price! They’re scam artists that try to get people’s money! I will never recommend them and they should be out of business for the terrible way they conduct business. People beware, they’re salesmen with a hidden agenda and take advantage of good people. Don’t even give them the time of day!!

BUYER BEWARE: They wanted me to wire them a $5000 down payment without any prior paperwork or contracts. This was suspicious, so I researched them and they actually have 2 businesses operating out of the same location, one older with terrible reviews (High Speed Motors) and a newer one called Car Castle with a bunch of generic positive ones. Do NOT trust this dealership.

We bought a Sienna van from them year ago. Transmission went out in 7 thousand miles. You can tell that they sold family with 4 kids van with no maintenance. Mechanic showed us that the transmission has only 3 quarts oil in it. To replace the transmission we need $3k. He also showed us that the front of the car was just bolted on instead of welded - fast fix. BUYERS BEWARE!
